This hotel offers neat rooms and strong wi-fi. The staff is courteous and always greets guests with a smile. Its location is fantastic, being close to a variety of amenities, including a convenient Chinese restaurant and local supermarkets. It's also near the Durham police office and many other dining options, making it a great spot during your stay.

The place was being painted and trash was all over the place. The breakfast was not breakfast, muffins and coffee.

I loved tidy and perfect room here.

The room I booked was dusty the table was never cleaned and available with decent amenities. Overall the staff was very nice and courteous.

Bottom of the bed linen was dirty.

The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a downtown area, just next door to the Dollar Tree shop as well as a huge supermarket named Harris Teeter. Our rooms were extremely spacious and updated, with a kitchenette. The pleasant staff made a good impression. The restaurant was a 10-15 minute walk from the property...

How can you run a Hotel without any rags or shower curtains? The place needed painting.

The staff were efficient and helpful, and it was quiet and ideal for what we needed. Wifi worked well and breakfast in morning worked for us

The facilities were a bit basic and you had to ask for towels and kitchen stuff. We thought it was a bit expensive relative to the quality compared to what you can get in other places in Durham.
